Samsung leaked its high-end Chromebook, dubbed the Chromebook Pro, when its landing page was public for several hours over the weekend.

The Chromebook Pro looks to pack a 12.3-inch 2400x1600 resolution touchscreen that can rotate 360 degrees, 32GB of storage, 4GB of RAM, a stylus that stores in the laptop, an all-metal 12.9mm-thick body, and 10 hours of battery life.

First spotted by ChromeUnboxed, retailers Adorama and B&H had landing pages up for a short period of time, revealing a $499 price tag for the Chromebook. B&H's product page tipped the Chromebook Pro's launch for October 24.

A high-end Chromebook from Samsung has been rumored since September. It's believed to be nicknamed "Kevin" internally and offers a different take on the Chromebook market, which has been typically aimed at the budget crowd.

Google added Android app support to Chrome OS earlier this year for select Chromebooks. While support for Samsung's Chromebook Pro isn't confirmed, its touchscreen makes it a likely candidate for Android app support.

We have reached out to Samsung to learn more, as an official announcement is likely soon.
