The iPhone 8 Is Coming and It’s Going to Be Big

Loyal Apple  fans have had mixed feelings about the company’s 2016 offerings. The iPhone 7 had a few improvements, but lost its headphone jack and kept the same increasingly dated exterior design that debuted in 2014 with the iPhone 6.

Fans’ sense of ennui likely that won’t be a problem next year, though. The rumor mill is already cranking with leaks about the iPhone 8. Marking the 10th anniversary of Steve Jobs’ original iPhone, the new model is expected to include significant changes, like a super high resolution OLED screen that stretches from edge to edge of the device—with the home button transforming into a virtual on screen button. Other possible features include wireless charging capability.

After the mildly disappointing iPhone 7, look for the next update to be more radical—and a more radical hit.
